Place Your Orders Here!
We got so many new and customer favorite restocked products in the market in the last week that it's hard to know where to start.
Cheddar cheese!
Fun yogurt flavors!
Herb-infused honey and adaptogenic golden milk!
New beef bone broth!
Chicken thighs!
Fresh ginger, turmeric and cold-pressed juices!
Gingerbooch!
White Korean cucumbers and Kabocha squash!
Lots of mushrooms!
Tons of (frozen) pasta, plenty of eggs, hummus, salad greens and more!
The cheddar is very exciting, but I know the price can be a little surprising. It simply takes so much precious local milk to produce a hard cheese like that (and so much turns into whey!).
So that's why many local dairies don't bother with hard cheeses, but we're happy to be able to offer it for those who really want a local cheddar.
We also have new marinated feta and lots of goat cheeses, too. There's also lots of flavors of Greek yogurt, including mango and key lime, and a new blueberry whipped cream cheese. More goat milk and cheeses are coming on Wednesday, too, and more Feliciana’s Best milk, cream, chocolate milk, etc. on Tuesday.
We should continue to have plenty of our Local Cooling Farms eggs all week again this week.
We’re officially out of ground beef until we get this next round of beef and goat back from the butcher (later this week or next week), but there’s ground buffalo, ground goat and ground pork in the meantime, along with lots of pork sausages, chops, ribs, roasts and more.
We got more chicken from A&A Acres first processing of the fall season in on Wednesday. That means chicken thighs are back at long last, along with plenty of tenders, breasts, leg quarters, half chickens and more. They won't do their first batch of ground and chicken sausages for the season until next week or so.
We restocked fresh mushrooms from Screaming Oaks after a hiatus and Fat Cat Farm delivered more beautiful eggplant as well as white Korean cucumbers (great for smashed cuke salads especially!) and perfect sized kabocha squashes.
We also got a restock from Family Fungi, including Mineral Manna electrolyte blend, their adaptogenic golden milk spice blend and their new herb-infused honey, as well as teas, seasonings, elderberry syrup, tinctures and more.
We also have new beef bone broth from Mother Broth, kombucha from La Rive, freshly roasted coffee, sea moss gels and tea, fermented veggies, jams, jellies, pickles and preserves, rice and grits, stone-milled flour, pecan products, herbal teas and tinctures, maple syrup, honey and more.

We’ve got General Grocery and Egg shares available for donations this week as we have a bunch of produce shares to fulfill this week!

We’ll also get more milk, cream, half & half and chocolate milk from Feliciana’s Best Creamery on Tuesday and more goat milk, cheeses and yogurts from Southern Maids on Wednesday.
Bread & Pasta: There’s now seven different shapes of Il Supremo pasta in our freezers (bucatini, creste bucca, fettuccine, gemelli, gnocchi sardi, lingiune and spaghetti), so we won’t be getting any fresh pasta in this week. We also have frozen brioche buns in two sizes and pizza dough and plenty of crostini after we had run out the week prior. And we’ll get more fresh bread and buns on Wednesday and Friday as usual.

Grassfed Buffalo: In the meantime, there’s also ground buffalo from Bayou Sarah Farms, too.
Wild-Foraged Goat Meat: We just have ground goat meat, shanks, riblets, rib racks and bones while we wait for the butcher to finishing processing the beef and goat we brought in together and make the new goat sausages. The sausages flavors will include a Greek gyro, jalapeño, Italian and chorizo (ground/loose, large links and small links this time)!

Coffee & Tea: We restocked from Family Fungi this week, so we have all of their herbal and reishi based teas. We are out of some coffee roasts/origins, but restocking from Flamjeaux on Thursday. And there is SereniTEA from Sage’s Sea Moss, too.
Dips & Condiments: We’ve got a variety of hummus flavors and sizes to start the week, with another restock on Thursday as usual.
Pantry: We’re starting to get low on GraNOLA, with just one type of graNOLA bar and three options for GranNOLA available until the next restock. We still have both sizes of glazed pecans, but out of pecan butter. There’s also fresh-milled flour from both Barton Springs Mill and Bellegarde, plus infused vinegars, salts and sugars from Rose Wagon Ranch and Texas olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mushroom and kelp-based seasonings, dehydrated mushrooms, mushroom powder, chili oil and hot sauces.
