Tons of Summer Produce, Kombucha, Grassfed & Pastured Meats, Gulf Seafood, Tofu, Rice, Grits & More!
What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of June 22nd
Place Your Orders Here!
We have SO MUCH bright and cheery local food this week, including more Alabama peaches, lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, various peppers, salad and microgreens, root veggies, zephyr squash, fingerling potatoes and more.
And La Rive did a bigger restock of kombucha last week, joining the Gingerbooch restock, so we actually have plenty of kombucha going into the week for a change!
Grassfed ground buffalo meat is going so fast, so dibs that while you can.
We’re fairly well stocked on all the other proteins, including our Local Cooling Farms pastured pork and wild-foraged goat meat, pastured chicken mainly from A&A Acres, Gulf seafood from Anna Marie Seafood and Tien Dat tofu in several varieties.
We do have a fair amount of beef, but still limited on some favorite cuts. We should be picking up the beef from the last cow we processed on Wednesday, though, and that means we’ll have more filet, ribeye, flank, skirt and hanger steak as well as primal ground beef again!
We’ve got some goat dairy to start the week because Southern Maids delivered on Friday last week, but we’ll be back to our usual Wednesday deliveries this week. Feliciana’s Best dairy will come in on Tuesday as usual.
We’re starting the week with A&A Acres eggs and we’ll restock our own LCF eggs as we run out, including a few small pullet eggs and duck eggs, too.
And of course, there’s lots of our other staple items — local honey and Wisconsin maple syrup, jams, jellies and pickles made with local produce, glazed pecans, pecan butter and pecan oil, crop to pop-corn, graNOLA, rice, grits, peas, farro and stone-milled flour, teas and tinctures, fresh roasted coffee, oils and vinegars, salts and seasonings and more.
