What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of July 6th

Place Your Orders Here!

After a nice three day weekend, we are headed in to the week ready to embrace the next chunk of summer until Labor Day! There will be more figs, peaches and oranges in the fruit realm and as well as tomatoes, sweet corn, eggplant, peppers, cucumbers, summer squash, potatoes, okra, salad greens, root veggies, mushrooms and more in the veggie realm.

We’re also stocked up on La Rive kombucha, hummus was back again last week (though it went fast and is mostly out until we get our weekly restock on Thursday), frozen pasta and brioche buns, fresh chicken and duck eggs, tofu and more.

We’re expecting our usual dairy deliveries on Tuesday (Feliciana’s Best Creamery) and Wednesday (Southern Maids Goat Dairy) as usual.

Plus we have eggs to start the week and more where that came from our own chickens and ducks at Local Cooling Farms.

Our grassfed and pasture-raised meats are pretty well stocked up across the board, but pork is the one category that we’re out of the most cuts (chops, roasts, baby back ribs and tenderloins), but we will be restocking by the middle of next week. We’re also out of ground buffalo and getting low on Gulf seafood, but aiming to restock ASAP.

GraNOLA is low and we’re out of bars, but more is coming on Tuesday!

And there’s lots of our other staples like honey, maple syrup and molasses, stone-milled flours for home baking, rice and grits and clay peas, fermented veggies and pickles, jams and jellies, Texas olive oil and balsamic vinegar, infused salts, sugars and vinegars, hot sauces, seasonings and more.
