June is usually the peak of late spring season and summer season produce coming together for a real bounty and then in July, we see some things peter out. But so far, we’re a week into July and things are still very bountiful!
We have two new fun chicken sausages joining the lineup from A&A Acres, plus plums from Mountain View Orchards (along with more nectarines and peaches, blueberries and we’re getting more figs on Tuesday) and we added tomatillos, more tomatoes, poblano peppers, cucumbers, scallions and fresh cut basil and lots more in the produce realm!
Besides all the produce mentioned above, there's also more gorgeous eggplant, lots of other peppers, fennel, chioggia beets, daikon radishes, hakurei turnips, butternut or delicata squash, sweet potatoes, garlic and red or yellow onions.
