With gold and purple cauliflower, rainbow carrots and lots of colors of radishes and squashes in stock right now, the produce lineup is looking especially bright and colorful!

There’s also several different gourmet mushrooms from Screaming Oaks too after a brief hiatus — so grab those while you can.

We sold out of a bunch of salad greens and herbs last week, so in addition to all the apples, brassicas and root veggies currently available, we will get more arugula, lettuce, mustard blend, broccolini bunches, Dino kale and collards, frisée and radicchio, plus cilantro, dill, parsley and scallions and more on Tuesday.

And we got our first round of eggnog in the for the season last week from Southern Maids. We’re sold out of that, but expecting pints of eggnog from Feliciana’s Best on Tuesday and more half gallons from Southern Maids on Wednesday (each will be coming with all their usual fresh dairy and/or cheeses, as well).

We have some eggs from Credo Farms to start the week and plenty from our Local Cooling Farms hens coming on Tuesday, as well. We also had a new flock start laying, so there will be a sale on small pullet eggs this week, too.

Bellegarde will deliver more fresh bread and buns on Wednesday and Friday, as usual. In the meantime, we have crostini, frozen brioche buns in two sizes, frozen sliced honey oat loaves and frozen pizza dough.

In addition to all the restocked sausages and pork cuts from our latest Local Cooling Farms pork processing, A&A Acres restocked chicken breakfast sausage patties at long last. We’re also expecting another round of beef on Wednesday and possible more Gulf seafood (including shrimp) by the end of the week.

There’s also plenty of wild-foraged goat meat (entire category on sale as we gear up for another harvest) and plenty of whole chickens and all the cuts and sausages from A&A Acres, Credo Farms and Pearl River Pastures.

Credo Farms also restocked broth, Nana’s Blueberry Farm frozen blueberries and their new tallow balm on Friday.
