Place Your Orders Here!

We're heading into the week very glad to be stocked up on A&A Acres chicken once again, including breasts, tenders and gouda and apple sausage we had been out of for weeks and weeks!

And A&A Acres did their first processing of the year last Monday and Tuesday, so we got in a bunch of whole birds and cuts from them on Wednesday and we’re expecting a restock of things we already sold out of this coming Wednesday, too.

And we got more grass-fed ground buffalo meat from Bayou Sarah Farms on Saturday, too. There’s plenty of our pastured pork, grass-finished beef and wild foraged goat meat, as well as Gulf seafood to add lots of variety to the protein lineup!

Plus, there will be another round of zucchini and summer squash, more strawberries and still lots of microgreens, salad greens, hardy greens for cooking, fresh herbs, root veggies and more in the produce realm.

GraNOLA and GraNOLA bars were restocked last week, so we have both sizes in all flavors and all three nut butter-based bars.

There’s infused olive oils in stock from Texas Hill Country Olive Oil, too. Blood orange infused oil is back after a hiatus and jalapeño infused oil is new. We also added back their bourbon barrel aged balsamic vinegar, too.

It’s spring and peak egg season, so there’s plenty of mixed size chicken eggs as well as small pullet eggs from our youngest birds. Duck eggs are more limited from our small flock, but the ducklings we hatched in February are getting ever closer to starting to lay this summer!

There’s also some leftover dairy from last week on sale — pints of heavy cream as well as pints or a half gallon of chocolate milk.

We’ll get another round of fresh dairy from Feliciana’s Best on Tuesday and Southern Maids on Wednesday as usual.

There’s still lots of shapes of pasta in our freezer and more fresh pasta will be delivered Tuesday, too, along with fresh bread and buns on Wednesday and Friday. In the meantime there’s frozen honey oat loaves, brioche buns in two sizes and pizza dough.

And as usual, there’s plenty of our stone-milled flours, rice, grits and other heirloom grains and legumes, jams and jellies, pickles and ferments, tofu, hummus and more.

And finally, we got in a bunch more seeds from High Mowing last week, so there’s lots to plant for your summer gardens!
