Place Your Orders Here!

We're heading into the week with restocked ground beef, ground buffalo and bacon, all sizes of shrimp, red snapper filets and snapper and golden tilefish taco strips, more Sage's Sea Moss gels and SereniTEA, plus muscadines, summer veggies, salad greens, lots of frozen pasta and bread, eggs, yogurts, goat milk and cheeses and more.

We try not to run out of ground beef or bacon if we can help it, but that did happen at the beginning of last week!

So we started last week with a restock from our pallet freezer warehouse. Ground beef and some meaty shank bones and osso bucco were about the only cuts left until we get the next round of beef back from the processor, but but we did restock lots of other pork cuts, too, including pork chops, roasts, Italian sausage links and more we had been out of or low on.

Then Anna Marie Seafood delivered more shrimp and fish on Wednesday, but they’re out of redfish and trout for the time being. We’ll restock whenever it’s available!

Bayou Sarah restocked us with ground buffalo on Saturday, too!

We have lots of cucumbers and lettuce mix from Homegrown in Folsom, along with limited zephyr squash and we’ll restock their arugula, braising mix, mizuna and spring mix, and maybe baby kale on tat soi on Thursday as usual.

There’s also the last corno di toro sweet peppers of the season and okra is winding down, too, so get that while you can! There’s lots of microgreens from Rose Wagon Ranch, as well. And more muscadines are in, as well.

We also have several shapes of frozen pasta, honey oat loaves, brioche buns and sliced caraway rye loaves. More fresh pasta is coming on Tuesday and more bread and buns on Wednesday and Friday. and lots of fresh bread, including more sliced caraway rye pan loaves from Bellegarde.

There’s a good array of cheeses and yogurts from Berry Hill and Southern Maids, too, and we have goat milk and heavy cream available, with more fresh dairy coming on Tuesday and Wednesday from all three dairies we source from.

We should have plenty of our Local Cooling Farms eggs all week this week as the new flock ramps up and the older flocks have stabilized from their drop with the heat and molting.

Chicken will be a little limited this week as A&A Acres sold out of some of the last of their inventory at markets on Saturday. But they start processing the first birds of the fall season next week!

We also have lots of kombucha from La Rive, fermented veggies, jams, jellies, pickles and preserves, rice and grits, stone-milled flour, pecan products, herbal teas and tinctures, coffee, maple syrup, molasses, honey and more.

What We Have & What’s Expected This Week by Category:

  • Donations for Mutual Aid: General grocery or produce shares available for purchase. We were able to make two different drop offs last week with lettuce, arugula, basil and peppers, plus goat milk, bread and hummus!

  • Pastured Eggs: We should be able to get by with just our own eggs from Local Cooling Farms this week without sourcing from some of our pals’ farms. There’s a chance we might get more rainbow eggs from Fat Cat Farms on Thursday, though, but it might not be many!

  • Pastured Dairy: We’ve goat goat milk, a sale on pints of heavy cream and various cheeses and yogurts from Berry Hill and Southern Maids available to start the week. We’ll get our usual delivery of Feliciana’s Best products on Tuesday, plus Southern Maids and Berry Hill will both restock again on Wednesday.

  • Bread & Pasta: There’s several shapes of frozen pastas in stock (bucatini, creste bucca, fettuccine, gemelli, linguine and spaghetti) as well as frozen honey oat loaves and pizza dough. We’ll get some more fresh pasta in both short and long shapes on Tuesday, we just don’t know which ones yet! Plus there’s frozen brioche buns, honey oat loaves and new sliced caraway rye loaves, along with pizza dough and crostini. More fresh bread and buns coming on Wednesday and Friday as usual.

  • Local Produce: Cold pressed turmeric juice, muscadine grapes, frozen blueberries, fresh lemon balm, lemongrass, oregano and thyme, a bunch of microgreens (arugula, broccoli, green onion, radish, red cabbage or sunflower), plus braising greens mix, lettuce mix, green okra or a mix of red and green okra, corno di toro sweet peppers, jalapeño peppers, gold or red beets, cucumbers and zephyr squash.

  • Plant-Based Protein: Plain, black mushroom or lemongrass red chili tofu, but out of fried tofu cubes until Friday.

  • Bone Broth: Currently due to a required labeling change, we only have chicken bone broth from A&A Acres or pet bone broth from Credo Farms.

  • Forest-Raised Pork: Bacon and bacon ends, tenderloins, boneless chops, stew meat, picnic shoulder roasts, baby back ribs, spare ribs, crosscut (uncured) shanks, plus lots of sausages including Andouille, brats, breakfast, Cajun and Italian links, as well as ground breakfast, chorizo and Italian and plain ground pork. There’s also smoked pork bones, ears, liver, tongue, jowls, tails, feet and bones.

  • Grassfed Beef: We’re very low on beef inventory with just two pound packs of ground beef, tri tip, meaty soup bones (from the shank) and fat to tender into tallow. We successfully brought our gorgeous steers into the processor on Friday, so they’re dry aging now and we should pick them up the beef in another two and a half weeks or so.

  • Grassfed Buffalo: Bayou Sarah restocked a bunch of ground buffalo on Saturday!

  • Wild-Foraged Goat Meat: We also brought 17 goats to the processor with the steers on Friday, so new goat sausages are coming soon at long last, along with restocked chops and steaks, roasts, stew meat and more. In the meantime, we just have ground goat meat, shanks, riblets, rib racks and bones.

  • Pastured Poultry: There’s plain or traditional/seasoned bone broth, plus whole and half chickens, tenders, breasts, ground chicken, drumsticks, wings, frames/bones for broth, skin and livers, along with dehydrated feet and skin for pet treats. We’re out of leg quarters and thighs until A&A Acres starts processing again next week.

  • Gulf Seafood: We’ve got plenty of smoked yellowfin tuna in two sizes, plus filets of tuna, yellowedge grouper, red snapper and sheepshead, along with grouper, snapper or golden tilefish taco strips, soft-shell crabs, tenderized alligator strips, crawfish tails and all sizes of shrimp.

  • Coffee & Tea: We have lots of herbal teas from Family Fungi and a good array of whole bean and ground coffee from Flamjeaux. We will restock more coffee on Thursday, too. And we also got more SereniTEA from Sage’s Sea Moss on Wednesday.

  • Dips & Condiments: We’ve got a variety of hummus flavors and sizes to start the week, with another restock on Thursday as usual.

  • Pantry: GraNOLA and graNOLA bars are fully restocked! And both sizes of glazed pecans are stocked up, too. There’s also pecan butter, along with pecan meal for baking and fresh-milled flour from both Barton Springs Mill and Bellegarde, plus infused vinegars, salts and sugars from Rose Wagon Ranch and Texas olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mushroom and kelp-based seasonings, dehydrated mushrooms, mushroom powder, chili oil and hot sauces.

  • Pet Treats: Pet bone broth, plus dehydrated chicken feet and skins.

  • Sweets: Wisconsin maple syrup is stocked up! And there’s plenty raw honey in glass jars or squeeze bottles, along elderberry juice, infused blueberry honey and creamed honey and molasses, too.

  • Rice, Grains & Stone Ground Corn Products: We have more black and red rice from Two Brooks, but we’re still waiting on the brown and red rice medley, along with arborio and sushi rice. We also have basmati and jasmine rice, as well. And there’s lots of grits, cornmeal and whole grain and clay pea options from Marsh Hen Mill, plus stone-milled flours from Barton Springs Mill.

  • Ferments: We’ve got ginger lemon, hibiscus, hoppy orange, lemon lavender or sea salt watermelon from La Rive, but out of Gingerbooch beverages. Gingerbooch should be restocking this Saturday, though! Plus there’s kimchi from VEGGI and chow chow and giardiniera from Resurrection Gardens.

  • Preserves: There’s tons of variety in fruit jams and jellies, pepper jellies and pickles from Josey’s Goods, thanks to a few recent restocks!

  • Herbal Remedies: New Sage’s Sea Moss gels are restocked, plus there’s Golden Milk spice blend and Red Turmeric and Ginger honey bombs from L4S Farms, several tinctures from L4S, ALL CAPS and Family Fungi, along with Reishi Elderberry syrup and a few elderberry juice and infused honey options from Cockeyed Farms.

  • Merch: Canvas bags, t-shirts, hats and mugs.
