What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of October 26th

Place Your Orders Here!

Once again, we’ve got tons of variety in the produce realm this week with two types of persimmons, four types of apples, apple cider, salad greens, head lettuce and microgreens, root veggies, five types of squashes, sweet potatoes, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant and more!

And there’s delicious cheeses and yogurt from Berry Hill Farm and Southern Maids, along with a sale on chocolate milk pints. We didn’t have it for weeks and then we got too much last week, go figure!

All three dairies will deliver on Tuesday and Wednesday, so we’ll also get more fresh whole milk, goat milk, heavy cream, half & half and chocolate milk, plus even more cheeses and yogurt flavors.

We’re fairly stocked on all of our grassfed and pastured meats, especially pork, goat meat and chicken. Ground beef and steaks are out or limited, but we’ll restock on Thursday afternoon.

And chicken sausage will be back on Wednesday! This will be the only batch of the season and it will just be the customer favorite green onion and gouda apple links. So if you’re a fan, make sure to claim them this week when they come in!

Bellegarde’s slicer is down, so we don’t have sliced honey oat or rye loaves in the freezer inventory at the moment, but we do have brioche buns (and crostini and frozen pizza dough, too)! We’ll get more fresh bread and buns in on Wednesday and Friday as usual.

We’re still super stocked up on kombucha, so hopped orange, lemon lavender and sea salt watermelon flavors are on sale! We also have more limited quantities of blueberry, hibiscus, ginger lemon and strawberry kombucha from La Rive and lemon ginger and satsuma ginger kombucha from Gingerbooch. We also have delicious SereniTEA and several flavors of sea moss gels from Sage’s Sea Moss. Don’t miss those!

Duck eggs are still on sale, but the juvenile chicken flock’s egg are sizing up past the small and medium sizes, so more and more are ended up in the mixed size dozens by now!

Finally, we’re hoping to restock seafood this week, if not early next week. Stay tuned for that!

There’s also plenty of rice, grits and cornmeal, black eyed and sea island red peas, stone-milled flours for fall baking, olive and pecan oil as well as balsamic and infused vinegars, salts and sugars, dried herbs, seasonings, chili oil, hot sauces, jams and jellies, pickles and ferments, tea and tinctures, coffee, honey, maple syrup, molasses and more.
