It's going to be another great week for local groceries, as we got in so many lovely locally grown products for you late last week!

We did a big restock of our Local Cooling Farms grass-finished beef and goat meat and pastured pork. That includes ground beef in both sizes, chuck roasts, tri tip, NY strip, flank and skirt steaks, ground Italian goat sausage, bacon, pork stew meat, roasts and more.

Last week, we got the only batch of A&A Acres chicken sausage of the season -- green onion or smoked gouda apple!

And we restocked ground buffalo from Bayou Sarah Farms, too.

Berry Hill brought lots more hard cheeses, soft cheeses and various flavors of Greek yogurt, including new Guava! And we have goat milk and cheeses from Southern Maids, too. They both will restock us again on Wednesday and that will include new goat milk ricotta from Southern Maids.

Feliciana’s Best will have whole milk, heavy cream, half & half and chocolate milk this week and we’re excited to add Mauthe’s Progress Milk Barn cheesecakes to the lineup for the first time in years. Creole cream cheese and possibly butter will be back, too!

Then Cicada Calling Farm is also back in the mix with gorgeous fairy tale eggplant, romano beans and collard greens and Fat Cat Farm brought more hachiya persimmons, sweet kabu turnip bunches, haricot vert green beans and cherry belle radishes.

We also have our staple salad greens from Homegrown in Folsom, along with ginger and turmeric root and cold-pressed juices and Compostella Farm will bring more arugula, lettuce and mustard mix on Tuesday, too. Faust will start the week off with more cabbages, black beauty eggplant, butternut squash, jalapeño peppers, cucumbers and sweet potatoes, too.

From Harvest to Health, we have more Gordini leaf lettuce, too, and lots of microgreens from Rose Wagon Ranch!

After a few weeks off, we have more mushrooms from Screaming Oaks, too. Meanwhile, Two Dog Farms brought three types of beets, three types of squashes and the first Dino kale and Swiss chard of the season, along with green bell and shishito peppers.

We also have lots of apples from Scott's Orchard, but the apple cider and the first Pink Lady apples of the season already came and went! More of both on Thursday.

Sage's Sea Moss brought us more sea moss gels and we have plenty of SereniTEA, too. The sale on certain flavors of kombucha, continues, too!

There's also eggs, frozen brioche buns and pasta, pizza dough, pasta, rice and grits, coffee, tea, tinctures, honey and maple syrup and lots and lots more -- more than 500 products in all.
