Place Your Orders Here!
We've had some ups and downs with production and keeping up with demand for our Local Cooling Farms products, so I realized last week that for once we are completely stocked up on all of the products we produce: pastured chicken and duck eggs, grass-finished beef, pastured/woodland pork and wild-foraged goat meat. Feels good!
And thanks to our fellow farmers and producers, we have all kinds of other local food to round out our grocery offerings, too.
The winter produce has been holding steady through the temperature swings and we were really happy to get in more beautiful herbs (cilantro, dill, garlic chives, parsley and scallions) from River Queen Greens last week, with more coming this Tuesday evening, along with leeks, collards, kale and more root veggies.
There will also be more strawberries from Faust Farms coming on Tuesday, plus citrus, salad greens from Compostella and Homegrown in Folsom, bountiful mushrooms, carrots and more. Plus lots of microgreens from Rose Wagon Ranch.
We have limited goat milk and goat cheeses and more Feliciana's Best dairy products are coming on Tuesday afternoon as usual.
Nur’s Kitchen hummus is back in stock, too, after a Mardi Gras hiatus.
And L4S Farms delivered more of their turmeric and ginger products last week, including new Golden Milk Spice Mix!
And there's lots of our other local grocery staples like Gulf seafood and pastured chicken, bone broth, tofu, frozen pasta, fermented veggies, jams, jellies and pickles, herbal teas and tinctures, maple syrup, granola, rice and grits and clay peas, Texas olive oil, balsamic and infused vinegars, popcorn, pecan oil and butter and glazed pecans and more!
More fresh pasta is expected on Tuesday and fresh bread and buns from Bellegarde on Wednesday and Friday as usual.
