It is still peak salad season and there’s lots of other winter produce like strawberries, citrus, kale bunches, root veggies and more, but I feel like we’re really shining on our variety healthy protein options right now especially!

While it was a hectic, but short week last week and we somehow managed to do a big grassfed beef restock from our freezer pallets. So there's plenty of ground beef, limited filets, ribeyes, NY strip steaks, chuck roasts, stew meat and more than had been out of stock.

We also got more pastured pork to be fully stocked on all of our sausages, bacon, chops, tenderloin, roasts, smoked hocks, etc.

And the first round of grassfed, grass-finished ground buffalo meat from our friends at Bayou Sarah Farms is moving fast, but we still have some for you to try!

We also restocked raw honey from Homestead Harvest on Friday (the one in the plastic squeeze bottles), too!

Bellegarde will be back to delivering on Wednesday and Friday as usual and in the meantime, we have some frozen brioche buns, but low on everything else.

Nur’s Kitchen hummus will be back on Thursday, we do have some pesto in stock currently.

And there's lots of our other local grocery staples like frozen pasta (more fresh coming Tuesday), fermented veggies, jams, jellies and pickles, herbal teas and tinctures, maple syrup, granola, rice and grits and clay peas, Texas olive oil, balsamic and infused vinegars, popcorn, pecan oil and butter and glazed pecans and more!
