It's Okra, Eggplant & Pepper Season! Plus Plenty of Proteins, Dairy, Heirloom Grains, Hummus & More!

Even with some fruits and veggies going out of season, it’s still a great time to eat local! Okra, eggplant and various peppers are the prime veggies right now, with tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, radishes, squashes and sweet corn hanging on, too. Peaches are holding steady and may be joined by Asian pears this week! We’re stocked up and grassfed and pastured meats, Gulf seafood and plant-based proteins, too, plus hummus, heirloom grains, preserves, ferments and more.
