Thanksgiving Side & Salad Makings Like Greens, Squash, Apples & Herbs, Beef & Sausage Restock, Bone Broth, Eggs & More!

What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of November 24th

Place Your Orders Here!

Here we go Thanksgiving 2025! We have a lot of lovely local groceries available for you to order today (Monday), but lots and lots more coming tomorrow. If you need last minute ingredients for Thanksgiving, Tuesday evening or Wednesday is likely to be your time to shop or order with us!

We did restock grassfed beef from Little Creek Hay and Cattle on Friday and that is already going fast.

And we have lots of staples for Thanksgiving sides and salads like greens, squashes, apples, cornmeal and grits, stone-milled flour, seasonings and more.

But Tuesday afternoon we’ll get in tons more gorgeous produce from River Queen Greens, including kale and collard bunches, broccolini, carrots and herbs.

And I am also picking up more of our pastured pork from the butcher on Tuesday, so by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning we’ll have sausages like ground breakfast, chorizo and Italian, plus Cajun and kielbasa links and Smoked Andouille inventoried and available again — just in time for your stuffing and dressings.

More fresh dairy and pasta are coming in on Tuesday, too, and there will be mostly short shapes of pasta for mac and cheese!

And there’s also frozen brioche buns, pizza dough (great for leftover turkey!), other proteins if you need something other than turkey (tofu, goat meat, chicken and limited fish), hummus and pesto, pickles, jams and jellies, coffee and tea, oils and vinegars, herbal tinctures, honey and maple syrup and more.
