What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of June 2nd
Place Your Orders Here!
The veggie game really leveled up to tons of summer things last week and there will be more where that came from this week!
We got a whole slew of summer nightshades — creole, cherry and heirloom tomatoes, Japanese eggplant, banana, cubanelle and purple bell peppers, plus Yukon gold potatoes. The tomatoes sold out, but there will be more tomorrow, along with restocked eggplant and peppers.
There’s also first of the season sweet corn as well as snap beans and Two Dog with their slightly more Northern zone has more cabbages and a few other more spring like things!
And we have tons of gourmet mushrooms in pint clamshells or bulk bags, as well, plus plenty of peaches. Blueberries and blackberries are sold out, but we’ll get more blueberries by midday Tuesday and blackberries by Wednesday morning.
There’s also plenty of Bellegarde frozen bread and buns and pizza dough, a few sale heavy cream and half & half pints from last week, with more coming in on Tuesday by midday as usual, along with more goat milk.
We did another pork restock on Friday, so should have almost all the favorite cuts, bacon and sausages in stock currently.
Plus we have our grass-finished beef and wild-foraged goat meat, pastured chicken, including ground chicken and new chicken sausages, limited seafood, tofu, hummus and pesto, favorite flavors of kombucha, fermented veggies, chili oil and hot sauce, rice, grits, corn meal, peas and stone-milled flour, honey and maple syrup, herbal teas and tinctures, seasonings, jams and jellies, pickles, new skin salves and body oil and more.
