Place Your Orders Here!
It’s that amorphous time between Christmas and New Year's and whether you desperately need salad greens and broccoli and fruits and lean proteins or you're ready for more decadence and entertaining, there's something for everyone in our market offerings this week.
In the produce realm, there’s lots of both of the best type of storage apples that Scott’s Orchard grows — dark Arkansas Black and zippy Pink Lady apples.
There’s a bunch of citrus from JoNina Farms and larger 2 pound clamshells of strawberries from Faust Farms this week.
We also got beautiful Dino kale, collard greens, little gem lettuce heads and herbs from River Queen Greens and our usual arugula, lettuce or mustard salad blends, broccolini and orange and rainbow carrots from Compostella, along with other root veggies and squashes from Two Dog Farms.
And Screaming Oaks has tons of variety in mushrooms this week, including King Trumpet and Nameko that we haven’t had in awhile!
We missed a Nur’s Kitchen restock last week, but we got in fresh hummus and pesto for this week.
With some of our wholesale accounts off this week, we’re actually really stocked up on eggs! There’s our regular mixed size chicken eggs, a continued sale on small pullet eggs from the new flock as well as duck eggs from our flock or half dozens from Compostella.
In the protein categories, there's lots of pork and goat meat (sales in both of those categories), plus chicken, Gulf seafood, limited beef and lots of tofu, too.
There's also plenty of coffee, jams and jellies, pickles, maple syrup and honey, teas and tinctures, fresh and frozen pasta, frozen bread and buns and more.
We’re open normal hours (10 am to 6 pm) on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday this week and we’re also open for a half day (10 am to 2 pm) on Wednesday, New Year’s Eve and closed on Thursday, New Year’s Day.
Neighborhood farm hubs and home deliveries will resume next week, January hub and delivery calendar here.
Here's the full list breakdown of all our grocery categories:

Wild-Foraged Goat Meat: We’re continuing our 15% off sale on the entire category — so ground goat, boneless stew/kebab meat, neck and shoulder roasts, shanks, rib racks and bones! We also brought more goats in with the beef, so we’ll be adding some new cuts and even some goat sausages in January, since we’re using our usual pork butcher this time and they have some other options.
