What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of August 10th
Place Your Orders Here!
We restocked from so many vendors last week, so we have a particularly great array of local groceries for you heading into the week!
First, Bayou Sarah brought more of their ground buffalo and it's already going fast!
Then we got another restock from Anna Marie Seafood, including the return of Yellowedge Grouper filets and taco strips after a long hiatus. They also restocked redfish, speckled trout, smoked yellowfin tuna portions, large shrimp and soft-shell crabs.
A&A Acres did their weekly chicken restock, including plenty of chicken breasts and thighs that we had run out of.
We got tons of salad greens again from Homegrown in Folsom. Lettuce and spring mix are still limited, so those sold out on the first day, but there's also arugula, baby kale, baby tatsoi, braising mix and new baby Komatsuna, also known as Japanese mustard spinach. We have a little left to start the week and we’ll get more on Thursday as usual.
We did an overdue restock from Family Fungi, too, so there's more of their reishi and herbal teas, tinctures, oxymels, tonics, seasoning and dehydrated mushrooms.
GraNOLA and bars are back, too, more than we've ever gotten at once to try to keep up with demand!
Gingerbooch is back as of Saturday, too. Lemon Ginger or Satsuma Ginger Kombucha and Probiotic Lemonade or Limeade, too. Plus traditional or curry kimchi.
And we did our biweekly coffee restock from Flamjeaux last week, as well.
Other produce includes more tomatoes from Faust Farms, beautiful honeyboat delicata squash from Fat Cat Farm, plus cherry tomatoes, various peppers, root veggies, red cabbage, cucumbers, zephyr squash and more. We expect more okra, zucchini, additional tomatoes on Tuesday.
There’s also eggs, goat dairy, restocked hummus, frozen bread, buns and pizza dough from Bellegarde, rice, grits and clay peas, oils and vinegars, infused salts and sugars, seasonings, hot sauces, chili oil, fermented veggies, kombucha, hummus, frozen bread and buns, fresh and frozen pasta, honey, molasses and maple syrup and more.
